Russian forces appear to have carried out the execution of Ukrainian troopers as they had been trying to give up and it has been occurring since December 2023, in response to a Human Rights Watch (HRW) report launched Thursday.
HRW investigated 5 cases of the obvious executions. The preliminary 4 investigations analyzed footage materials, deducing that it demonstrated the intent to give up of the Ukrainian troopers. Moreover, HRW indicated that the Russian troopers had been in a position to be recognized due to distinctive crimson tape markings round their legs and arms.
