A southwest Arkansas sheriff has been ordered by a federal decide to surrender all his legislation enforcement duties and steer clear of the sheriff’s workplace following his indictment and arrest on fees of obstruction of justice and concealing against the law, the Associated Press reports. By agreeing to surrender his duties as sheriff, Finkbeiner seems to have prevented a renewed push by federal prosecutors to jail him earlier than trial. He’s at present free on $5,000 bail.
