The US and Poland, represented by Plenipotentiary of the Minister of Overseas Affairs for Countering Worldwide Disinformation Tomasz Chłoń and U.S. Particular Envoy and Coordinator for the International Engagement Middle James P. Rubin, on Monday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in an try to counter overseas state info manipulation.
