UN High Commissioner opens investigation on Russian airstrike on Kharkiv

Elizabeth Throssell, spokesperson for the UN Excessive Commissioner for Human Rights, opened a probe investigating a Russian airstrike on Thursday, which killed no less than 51 civilians.
