Police say an ongoing investigation into Camilo Hurtado Campos, a Tennessee man accused of recording himself raping unconscious boys, means that there “might be a decade of victims that we don’t learn about,” Amy Simonson, Gustavo Valdes and Elizabeth Wolfereport for CNN. Campos was arrested after leaving his cellphone at a restaurant.
