A suspended Manville New Jersey Police Chief was indicted for sexual and official misconduct by a state grand jury final week, Suzanne Russell reports for My Central Jersey. Chief Thomas Herbst has been charged with a number of counts for felony misconduct involving a number of ladies throughout his time on the Manville Police Division, together with two counts of sexual assault and 4 counts of official misconduct.
