The Peruvian Congress approved Thursday the disqualification of two members of the Nationwide Board of Justice (JNJ), Luz Inés Tello de Ñecco and Aldo Alejandro Vásquez Ríos, from public service for 10 years.
Through the Thursday plenary session, the Peruvian Congress debated and voted for a ultimate report recommending the ouster of a number of members of the JNJ for his or her alleged violation of articles 156 (part 3) and 139 (part 3) of the Peruvian Constitution. Because of this, the Peruvian Congress handed draft resolutions in opposition to Luz Inés Tello de Ñecco and Aldo Alejandro Vásquez Ríos.
