The Kremlin has initiated a prison case towards prosecutor Karim Ahmad Khan and a number of other judges from the Worldwide Felony Courtroom (ICC) in what seems to be a retaliatory transfer after the court docket issued an arrest warrant towards President Vladimir Putin, Leila Sackur reports for NBC News.
