HRW calls on international community to ‘publicly’ single out violators of Chemical Weapons Convention

Human Rights Watch (HRW) launched a statement on Monday forward of the UN’s fifth scheduled evaluation convention of the 1993 Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on Their Destruction (“Chemical Weapons Conference”). HRW urged member states to uphold the conference’s ban on chemical weapons and “single out” any violators.
