Undisclosed sources declare that the Justice Division case accuses Rocha of working to advertise the Cuban authorities’s pursuits. Rocha additionally served in Italy, Honduras, Mexico and the Dominican Republic, and labored as a Latin America knowledgeable for the Nationwide Safety Council.
