A person who died in jail in 2019 has been linked to the 1984 homicide of a New Jersey girl, The Related Pressreports. The suspect, James P. Koedatich, was serving a life sentence for the 1991 homicide of a lady in New Jersey when DNA proof linked him to the 1984 chilly case.
