China human rights lawyer sentenced to three and a half years in prison

Chang Weiping, a Chinese language human rights lawyer, was sentenced to a few and a half years in jail on Thursday shortly after he was discovered responsible of “subversion of State Energy.” He’s recognized for defending marginalized teams and people going through discrimination, and for talking out about his therapy by the hands of Chinese language police.
