Social media influencer Andrew Tate has been charged with forming an organized crime group in addition to rape and human trafficking, Haley Ott reports for CBS News.

The media influencer, in addition to his brother Tristan Tate and two Romanian ladies, have been accused yesterday by Romanian authorities of forming an organized crime group to hold out human trafficking actions in Romania, the US and the UK. They are saying a number of victims have been recruited by two of the defendants and misled about romantic intentions, the place they then have been moved to homes and intimidated with acts of violence, in addition to sexually exploited. Romanian authorities declare Andrew Tate, repeatedly raped one of many victims. No begin date for a trial has been introduced.
